Foods & Nutrition
Prepares students for entry level positions in the restaurant and food services industry. Included are: sanitation, food service operations, nutrition, food preparation and presentation, and dining room and guest services.
Integrated throughout the course are career preparation and academic content standards, which include basic skills, communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, safety, technology, and other employment skills.
